How do you get it?
Also how much is it worth. I've never seen one on RO before, and then a Priest gave it to me for free O_O I'm keeping it of course, but is it rare or somthing?

It might be rare.. I don't see it much, and I think you need an item that Dragontails drop. Like, hundreds of them. >>;

You make them in Lutie with a Nutshell and 500 Wings of Dragonfly.

It's actually a pretty decent hat, giving you a nice 5 defence. I often level my assassin on the top level of turtle island, so I had stacks of dragon wings. I've made two wonder nutshells so far. On Loki, then vend for around 400k.
