A private server isn't illegal, it's illegal to make money with it, but just to have ppl play on it, that is not illegal, how do I know this, well one of my best friends is Midgard, an important GM on iRO he donates 10 000$ almost every month all Gravity Corp. says it's legal, of course they don't like it =P
But they say it's legal, so yeahh that's it i respect your decision of not posting any private server's im really sorry i already did in another forum, i had no idea.
