Haven't played this game in a very long time.

The Kyle Rayner DLC. Is it purely for PvP or can i use the blue light power in PvE?

No blue powers yet, only he has them in PvP. Next dlc is more Lantern stuff though.

I really want the blue power for PvE :3

Anytime XD Many people are hoping for Blue Rings, the next dlc is about Star Sapphires and I hear Blue Lanterns. Then the Xmas Event will be about Orange Lanterns, then after that the Valentine's Day Event will return for the 1st time since 2011 and it too will be about Violet Lanterns. I personally am hoping the game will add a new Batman suit as the T2 robot Batman armor looking suit is the only one, not very Batmanish, and is almost 4 years old lol.
