i'm probably gonna get punished/reported for leaving to pick up my little sister.

If it's your first leave, you should be fine.

However if you do it frequently, it could pose a problem.

well i left in total about 7 times now
but 6 of those times were from the post-lulu patch where everyone had problems with logging in and the game crashing before reaching the actual game.

You should be fine then.

Just always make sure that before you start a game you have at least an hour free of things to do. Obviously, emergencies come up and they are important, but you have to remember you're letting 9 other people down when you have to leave for something.

You know what it's like to be on a team with a leaver.

She's an excellent support. However, you can't play her 0cs. She needs farm to do well. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

if i use her anchor on an ally does the beam hurt enemies who pass through it? and same if it is anchored to an enemy?
