Oh, so you're in Australia? I can't imagine Christmas in summer but it must be nice, it's always too cold here, but the snow does make it nice...mind you sometimes it doesn't snow at all at Christmas and decides to snow in February instead
sweatdrop
That's true I do get nicer things and there's always Easter for chocolate! XD
I have no idea, sometimes it takes me a few weeks to think of a gift... orz
I use Ebay for harder to get things/random stuff.
Amazon for dvds/bluray/games/books. I find alot of the time, amazon is cheaper than the shops.
Sometimes I'll use the online version of a shop because they have more stock or if it's cheaper than getting the same item from the physical shop
I use United Publications (it's a uk based company) for anime/manga stuff
If I want clothes I'll go to the physical shops, because it's easier to try stuff/see the size/etc And returning it is easier. I like to feel the clothes too because if I want to get my parents a jumper or something, they don't really like them if they feel scratchy.
The mailing system normally starts getting back to normal a few days after Christmas, it's not that you can't send it, it's just there are recommended times if you want it on time for Christmas (they normally send a leaflet through the door for the Christmas dates) So if you send/order from overseas after a certain date it most likely won't arrive till January
