Gurren Lagann is a great mecha anime lol.
I haven't picked it up in awhile though, need to actually finish it. o:

I'm on like episode 20, I think so almost done. It's been pretty good so far. I'm gonna be fairly critical being quite a mecha fan, I've seen just about every Gundam out there and I've seen others like Escaflowne too

I think I'm on episode 18. It is pretty good, but a certain event kind of made me stop watching after a while. I'll probably pick it up soon though. I've seen a few gundams, but I like Mobile Suit 00 the best, it's got a good plot than most of them.

I like Gundam Wing and I think it's 0083 the best, they got me the most interested (though GW is definitely on tops and it's one I grew up with, watching on Toonami).

When I was younger, I was ALL about Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z (And occasionally Hamtaro, I won't lie xd ). And then I started watching Adult Swim and got into awesome anime like Big O and Cowboy Beebop. <3

I rewatched both of those recently. They're still so fantastic.

I never cared for Big O, I did watch it though xD Ronin Warriors, Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Gundam Wing, Blue Sub 6, Outlaw Star......oh how I miss all that

LOL. Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z. Used to watch those all the time and Sailor Moon as well. I used to watch Hamtaro as well. xD
I actually haven't seen either of those, I need to watch them, I always hear good things about them.

I don't wanna be all "well, back in MY day.." but all the anime I've tried to watch recently just isn't the same as those older series. They were awesome.
