Why not make a guild with an invite only system and post out the alerts as announcements? That way you still use your forms and don't need to wait for PMs and it's all secret. I'm pretty sure that can work, especially if you figure the settings out properly!

@iHibari Kyoya: I love your ideas. The thing is, for a while, this shop started out pretty simple so I didn't think I'd need a shop mule or a guild.
Making a guild is SO much work and I hardly even have to time to open slots at a regular basis. ;__;
I think it's very cool when shops have guilds but I'm just afraid of all the work that will go into it.
A different idea I came up with while I was in bed last night was indeed a Mail-mule, like you're suggesting too.
So, when you subscribe to the PM List, you need to send a friend invite to the mail-mule, with which I can send PM's to all friends at once
I think that is by far the best way here for me, at least as long as I don't have time to look into any major projects like a guild.
This lack of time is also the reason why I don't host many big events like many other shops do and it sometimes makes me feel sad TwT

Because my boyfriend is like that and if I put too much make-up on or anything, he doesn't really like it.
He prefers me as I am, plain old me. I think it's sweet and all but sometimes I just like to wear make-up and I don't need his comments about it all the time XD
