XD I did not even make the connection of the original snow queen story! Even though I've read stories of it and seen a few films based on it.

yeah when Disney first began working on it it was The Snow Queen but for some reason they altered the story so much it's hardly recognizable. I'm really hoping they just make another film closer to the source material because that story is so badass (we don't have nearly enough badass female role models for little girls and Gerda would make a great one)

Yea I did see some concepts for the disney elsa I think from someone on deviantart and was like woah that's pretty cool! but design has since changed.

Well maybe in the next Star Wars there will be a cool badass female character!
I haven't heard much on the one that Disney will be doing.
