I have several FAVORITEs. Ukyou Takao, Natsuki Takaya, and Wataru Yoshizumi. My LEAST FAVORITES are the manga-kas of Hikaru No Go, and Azumanga Daioh/Yotsuaba&!

In my opinion, FullMoon wo Sagashite's mangaka has the most beautiful style, although it's pretty generic. Bleach and Naruto's authors are my favorite though.

My favorite publisher is Tong Li(a chinese publisher razz ) My favorite scanlator is Aku Tenshi.

I used to hate Viz, but they've gotten better. I don't think I hate any scanlators.

Hmm, I haven't been interested n Manga lately, but I have to say "Yakitate Japan" is my favorite series.

Funniest: "Yakitate Japan" and "Bleach".
Saddest: "Wolfs Rain", though i haven't finished reading it yet.
Scariest: "The Ring"
Dummest: "Excel Saga", "Real 'bout High School," "Chronicals of the Cursed Sword", "Angelic Layer", and a few other. I didn't like them very much, apologies to anyone that did.

"Inuyasha" is so overrated >_> "Fushigi Yuugi" was so annoying though. I really didn't like "Chobits".

The weirdest manga I've ever read was Death Note, omg.

Popular? Umm, "Naruto", "Bleach", "Inuyasha", "Death Note"... "Fruits Basket", and I guess that's it?
Newest? That'd have to be the Kingdom Hearts manga or Yakitate J, sad, isn't it?

"Fullmetal Alchemist" manga is way better than the anime, or at least that's what I think. "Cowboy Bebop" anime was better than the manga.

I would love to live in the "Ranma 1/2" world, or maybe the "Yakitate Japan" world. "Kare Kano" is another good world I think.

I didn't like "Fushigi Yuugi" 's ending, nor "Ranma 1/2" 's. "Fundam Wing" had a pretty nice ending.

-Which manga has the worst/best/most mangled/etc translation? I read a horrible translation of Viewfinder in which one of the characters referred to himself as an "un man" -cringe-
-Which manga is the funniest/saddest/scariest/dumbest/etc? I found volume one of Gravitation to be hilarious. I don't read many sad manga. I guess Tokyo Babylon would have been sad if the ending weren't so annoying. Battle Royale has the most frightening concept I've heard of in a manga. And dumbest....? Bobobobobobobobo, or whatever it's called. stressed What a stupid manga.
