SAT's and middle aged

Hey I'm 28 year years old and I been looking around. I was wondering if I can take or retake my SAT tests before i goto college.

I would check to see the dates your college is hosting it so you can sign up

Go part-time.

Generally smaller class size, easier to do part time, and cheaper.

SATs are for scholarships and getting into big expensive schools.
What do you want to go to school for?

I advise a part time schedule and community college. If you want to you can even just take one or two classes at a time. It should be able to be easier to save for and pay outright if you are working your way through school.
