I don't know about the first girl but Dakota Rose is photoshopped all to hell, The girl even edits her YouTube videos!

She's really pretty as herself though but she definitely knows the right tricks to make herself look doll-like. Circle Lenses and Contouring Makeup, Proper Lighting, etc.

If anyone really compares themselves to girls like these, just know with enough effort ANYONE can do this to themselves these days.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with dealing with this kind of trend, as long as they're not risking their health during the process.
It certainly not up to par to my style; however, I find it absolutely cute.

As for other girls who looks at these people in a negative limelight, please deal with your insecurities by making an effort on your own.
Those are probably what these people are doing now.
