Well I find it to be a fairly good show. It's not for everybody and there's no problem if you don't like it, but on that same token, there's nothing wrong if you do like it, no matter the age or gender.

I personally find parts of the Brony fandom to be obnoxious, but hey, that's any fanbase. I mean, I think that it's a genuinely good cartoon. The characters are likeable, the art is nice, the songs are cute, and each episode has a good lesson attached.

I, and my BF, like watching FiM because it's entertaining, and is a good family show. Yes not for little girls, Lauren Faust made the show for families including fathers.

It's also one of the few things that I can watch when I'm in a crabby mood that'll pull me out of said crabby mood.

As for the fandom, well there are dark corners to every fandom, and that includes the bronies.
Pokemon is another popular cartoon that has people distort the characters to fap to.

It's a great show with high-quality writing and art behind it. This makes it a great medium to delves into a side of one's personality they'd never even thought about before.

It's getting better and better with each episode. The guy should consider making this a permanent cartoon series and maybe sell it to a cable network.
