I currently have my Echo, a Jasper Cabochomp (that won't give it's lvl up rewards ; . ; ) super grateful I got him though. I could only afford a tiny pile of the rig. I have a willocroak and pixicroak and I just got a Lucky drop this morning ^-^

I mostly plowed through them for the xp to level my Noctus and Oppososaurus.....Helped my Noctus be able to one shot the Stagony I cam across.

I battled indiscriminately to level my Cubdrop. But then I decided to focus on Stagonies until I could get one.

I've run into Lucky a lot since lvl 3, but (s)he wouldn't drop an egg crying

it really seems to be random
I just got a lucky drop this morning
I am only lvl 6 atm

But I do know we all get one at lvl 10 ^-^ so you will get one eventually
