Yusei had joined Adele silently. When their hands touched, he felt electricity running up his arm, then turned to Ares. "Hello Dad." "Ah, Yusei and Adele, I've been waiting for you two." Ares then turned to a waitress who was carrying a few hamburgers and placed them onto the table. Ares then motioned for the girl to move on and she did, rather quickly. "So, Dad, now that we're here, where do we go?" "Seriously? Yusei, think about it. Where would a cyclopes, surrounded by monsters, take the Golden Fleece?" "A casino. But that doesn't help at all. I mean, there are a lot of casinos in Vegas." Ares shook his head and turned to Adele. "Adele, what kind of casino would something as special as the Golden Fleece be taken? Do you have any ideas?"

"The biggest. No one would know as they'd think it'd a prop." She said blushing from his touch. She looked shyly at Yusei, blushing still.

"Exactly. The biggest Casino. And the biggest is...?" Yusei thought about it for a moment. "If anything, the biggest is... the Lotus Casino!" Ares chuckled and patted Yusei on the shoulder. Yusei was blushing lightly from when his hand touched Adele's and he glaced at her. Ares looked between the two and chuckled. "Well Adele, your mother will be interested to hear about this. Anyway, you two are on track now, so I'll be off. Oh, before I go, Adele, your mother wanted me to give you this." Ares pulled a bronze dagger from his coat and pushed it to her. "And Yusei, this should help." The war god then pushed another coin to Yusei, but this one was mark with a dog on both sides. "Don't use it unless you need to. Anyway Heroes, I'll leave you two to it. Good luck." With that, Ares slid from the booth and walked out, fired up the Harley Davidson and rode off, leaving the demigods there, sitting there, both blushing and looking at each other shyly.

"Should we go?" She said, looking at the dagger. "Or sit for a bit?" Don't worry, my child. Her mother said in her head Ares's son will keep you safe.

Back at Olympus, the top of the Empire State building, Aphrodite watched Adele in her pond, where she always watched her children.

The deep crunching of boots meant he'd returned. "Thank you, Ares, my love." She said.. it was lucky she didn't come. She wore little clothing and had a jawdropping figure. "You got the makeup?"

He smiled and gave her a Mecca bag, and she kissed his cheek in thanks.

"Uh, I see no reason to leave just yet." Yusei said as he grabbed the dog coin and slipped it into a pocket. He took a bite of his burger, chewed it and swallowed it, then looked around. He noticed that a few people were staring at them, so Yusei turned to Adele. "Uh, sorry if earlier was a little awkward." He said.

"It's ok, really." She said, taking a burger and eating it. "We need to find a hotel, just in case."

Yusei smiled and was about to take another bite from his burger when he saw something outside. "Yeah. I think there's a hotel not too far from here, only a few blocks down." He said, then took another bite from his burger.

"Good, let's check in after." She said, wiping her mouth. "Are you gonna do anything-"

CRASH.

A Minotaur smashed through the Diner's window, horns aimed at the demigods.

Yusei saw the Minotaur and cursed in Ancient Greek, then stood up and tapped the stopwatch button on his watch, causing it to expand out into a circular shield. He then pulled his weapon coin out and flipped it, then caught it, the coin transforming into a sword. His sunglasses were over his eyes from the shock, but he didn't mind. "Adele, get everyone out calmly, I don't know when the mortals are seeing through the Mist, but this is bad news. Whoa!" He jumped backwards to avoid the Minotaur as it charged into a wall. As it came back, Yusei slashed at it, then blocked with his shield, but was knocked aside, his sunglasses flying off and sliding to Adele's feet. He slowly stood up and raised his shield and weapon.

"Yusei!" She screamed.. and he did something he regretted..

He looked at her.. in Godly makeup, pink eyeshadow she'd forgotten about.

Everyone had ran, leaving the demigods with the beast.

When Adele yelled at him, Yusei turned and looked at her, and was suddenly captivated by the pink eyeshadow she was wearing, his mind now only focused on her. "Yusei, the monster! Focus boy!" Ares roared in his head, but Yusei didn't hear the voice. The Minotaur got up and started to charge at Yusei. The sunglasses were by Adele's feet.

"Yusei! DON'T LET IT GET ME!" She yelped, and Yusei attacked the Minotaur

Yusei shook his head when Adele yelped and jumped between her and the Minotaur, catching one horn on his shield. The Minotaur threw Yusei aside and he hit a wall, feeling a rib or two break. He roared and charged back into battle, much like any Child of Ares would. He met the Minotaur half way and this time, horns and shield locked together. The sword transformed back into a coin, then into a spear. Yusei stabbed the Minotaur and it disappeared in a cloud of yellow dust and the smell of sulphur. He dropped the spear and looked at Adele. "There... you're safe." He said, then collapsed.

"Yusei!" She held him, close. He could smell her perfume, of freshly bloomed flowers.

"I'm so sorry..."

Yusei moved his hands and tapped the same button on his shiled, making it retract. He then found the sunglasses and slipped them on, then looked up at Adele. He gave her a small smile and gently touched her arm. "Adele, it's all right. I'll be fine... besides... I... I love you Adele, I have since we first met and started the quest. And it's not because you're a Daughter of Aphrodite... The makeup... I can look past it and see the real you... and the real you is beautiful Adele."
