Parents sue school over son's suicide

This is sickening. Firstly, the students who recorded that video of their son masturbating need to be charged with distribution of child pornography. Also, the students who viewed and distributed it even further need to be charged with possession and distribution of child pornography. Next, the family is entitled to no money because their son chose to off himself over something that could've easily been solved by prosecuting all students who saw and passed the video on (this could easily be done because cellphone companies keep records of text messages and the video's MB would easily checked because the size of the video would also be recorded).

Alright. We get the that the kid shouldn't have been spanking it in the bathroom, but the bathroom is still a private area. The kid didn't deserve the consequences he received. Also, I don't understand why people cannot fathom why this kid committed suicide. The video went viral. This could have possibly followed him to college or any jobs he had. This is a video of a kid doing a very discrete action. n***s alone can ruin someone's life. This is why they are are making it illegal for angry exes to drop n***s of the other person. Most of you are also downplaying how severe bullying is in school; get a ******** clue.

These media outlets have to stop calling this an embarrassing video, or bullying. It is child pornography and is a very serious crime. On what site was this child porn video uploaded? Who viewed it? Who took and posted it? I don't care if it was a child who took the video and distributed it, it is still a crime. Arrests should have been made the minute this became public and it never should have had an opportunity to 'go viral'. This child was let down by the system in the most heinous way.

The kid who filmed him needs to be charged for filming & distribution of child pornography, and if the teacher knew about it and did nothing they should probably also be charged as accessories to child porn.

You do have a right to a reasonable expectation of privacy inside bathroom stalls. Jerking off is not illegal and perhaps a school bathroom may not have been the best place, but he really did nothing wrong.
