That appears to be indoors. Also, Zhivago isn't sparkling, so I assume the other vampires covered themselves in glitter to lure in twihards or somesuch.

Actually I have some things I must confess to both of you. First, I am a vulkodlak, meaning I am half werewolf and half vampire. Secondly, I am on the side of the Von Helson Family. Lastly, ZYNAY, you weren't too far off in your thoughts about vampires.
(walks towards a beam of sun light, places his hand into the light, his hand seems to glow, the room brightens and is filled with millions of small rainbows of refracted light)
Maybe it's from my being a "half-breed."
