Ingredients:
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tube (1.5 ounces) anchovy paste
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
3 or 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
salt
freshly ground pepper
5 pounds fresh small shrimp, boiled,peeled,deveined, and chilled
4 avocados, pitted, peeled, and chopped into 1/2 inch squares
Lettuce leaves

Basic Shrimp Boil (guide):
1 gallon water (no salt added)
1 bag (3 ounces) Zatarain's Crab Boil
1 lemon, cut in half, not squeezed
6 to 10 bay leaves
3 tbsp white distilled vinegar
1 tbsp unsalted butter
4 to 5 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning (optional)
1 1/2 pound fresh medium shrimp, heads off, not peeled, never frozen

Methods:
1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream,anchovy paste, parsley, chives, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
4. When ready to serve, add shrimp and avocados.
5. Toss gently and serve on a bed of crisp lettuce leaves.
