I'm real insecure about my stomach..
Need some suggestion on good ab workouts.
Sit-ups and crunches are all I really know.

You should definitely try some yoga poses. Yoga is a great way to acquire flexibility and it's an excellent way to tone your midsection. Here are some poses that you should try out and could be very helpful, Three-Legged Downward Facing Dog, Full Boat Pose, Bridge Pose and the Revolved Triangle Pose.

Yoga, abdominal vacuums, pushups, planks, or anything that requires balance and stability, really.

Just two things to remember.
1. You don't really have to have an entire workout dedicated to your abs. An exercise or two is really all you need.
2. Don't forget to alter your eating.

Core work like curl ups, mason twists, planks, bicycle, leg lifts helps (: Running/swimming also helps too.. Im thinking along the lines of: you're controlling breathing, it hurts your insides, they get stronger. Every time I run, my stomach goes flat afterwards :0

1 thing you need to know, everybody has abs.
Doing sit ups and crunches wont give you abs, it will just define them and make them stronger.
Do lots and lots of cardio, and maybe 2 times a week do some abs routine.
Never forget your core when training your abs.
Eat lots of vegetables.

TRY RAINBOWS. you lay on your back, raise and lower your legs without touching the ground but coming close, and while you do so pick a new direction each time to lower them. It will burn like you wouldn't believe after about 12 reps if you're doing it right, but you should get results. i do~
and also, you need protein to rebuild your muscles on a workout recovery. meat is best. cheese works if you're a vegetarian. Peanut butter if you're a vegan. (hope i helped)~

The thing when doing abs is, the more you do at once, the better it is.
It has to burn else you're not working your abs properly.
And dont do abs 2 days in a row. Anyway, you wont be able to if you do them properly !

True that. Cardio is the most important thing in having abs, as everyone has abs.
Cardio is good for everything!
I naturally get fat easily, but since im young I do LOTS of sport so I have no fat either.
I think the main thing about abs is the fact that you need dedication to keep it.

Do what I do. Anywhere between 60 and 200 situps a day. Keep your heads behind your head, never curl your back, and if you're beat, wait a half hour then do even more. However, if you're aiming to get good abs, keep in mind, the display of a 6-pack is only caused by lack of body fat. You could have incredible ab muscles, but the slightest ounce of body fat could cover them up.
