I am sick of thinking I am over weight. Thinking I need to lose weight..
I looked on weightwatchers.com for the average weight for my height (5'8..)
and it's 132-164...
I'm 138.
I want to get down to 128.
Really bad.
Any suggestions?
To lose weight you have to do exercise 30 minutes per day for 5 days in the week.
Eat smaller portions, color your plates (fruits & vegetables), drink 8 glasses of water everyday and get enough sleep. That will do it! :3
its not always about excising, its mainly what you eat. im having troubles too dont worrry lol. ive been eating less junk and more healthier foods and its been working!
workout- 20%
healthy eating- 80%
an di always look up pictures to help me encourage to loose some weight!
