I am sick of thinking I am over weight. Thinking I need to lose weight..
I looked on weightwatchers.com for the average weight for my height (5'8..)
and it's 132-164...
I'm 138.
I want to get down to 128.
Really bad.
Any suggestions?

Eat smaller portions and dont drink any soda or anything sweet I lost 4kg that way

Some common exercises, such as biking and walking, don't necessarily burn as many calories as they're often thought to.

If you're just cruising around town you're probably not facing much resistance, and therefore your body isn't working that hard to propel you.

Don't get me wrong, any exercise is good, but an hour or so of casual biking may not yield the results you're looking for.

For biking to really help you'd need to do it like racers do, balls to the wall, hard as you can for that long.
Be in a caloric deficit. This means you eat less than what your body burns.

To help with this, cut out all sweet drink. Drink cold water! Also have little snack in between meals. This will help your metabolism not slow down.

Cardio helps burn calories so you can eat more (:
To lose weight you have to do exercise 30 minutes per day for 5 days in the week.
Eat smaller portions, color your plates (fruits & vegetables), drink 8 glasses of water everyday and get enough sleep. That will do it! :3

its not always about excising, its mainly what you eat. im having troubles too dont worrry lol. ive been eating less junk and more healthier foods and its been working!
workout- 20%
healthy eating- 80%

an di always look up pictures to help me encourage to loose some weight!
