I used to run cross country but stopped for a year because of many injuries that my body couldn't handle.
I had a perfectly toned body and I was happy with it and never cared about what I ate.
Now that I stopped any physical activity I was gaining A TON of weight (muscle turns into fat)
I started dieting and it worked a little, but I was really serious about getting my body back.
I have 2 solutions that go with each other and work for me:
1. Commitment
2. An hour of core a day keeps the fat away
I go by these rules everyday. I count calories and do core but it's all worth it in the end.
Especially since it's summer, I need to work on the bikini body. Right, ladies?
