Training makes some people feel especially strong, confident and in balance. Some actually enjoy working out.
If you don't like it, perhaps think why. For instance, if you hate training because of constant disappointments, stress and appearance pressures: you need to change your attitude. It's not supposed to be torture. Find some work out that you actually enjoy doing - and if that's not enough, I guess it's just a matter of self-discipline from there. Sometimes you need to force yourself to do things that seem bothersome - if you know you'll feel good afterwards, at least.
Yeah, and having an idol helps, too. Someone you look up to and want to be like.
Everything was helpful but that last part. My idol and I have way different body types. She's thin, nearly flat and athletic; I'm curvy, huge boobs (I hate them so much...), and doughy.
