I'm actually looking forward to the next sessions now.... wow.... that's cool! *-*

Ich darf nicht abnehmen, weil ich sowieso schon untergewichtig bin und immer aufpassen muss nicht noch mehr Gewicht zu verlieren. Meine Eltern sorgen schon dafür.... confused

mein Französisch viel besser als Deutsch. wink

Well well.... after two days of a break, it was really fun today xD My mum and my little sister decided they'd just join me, so we stood there in our big living room and did some shredding..... pretty cool xDDD

Day 20, level 3- day 1, holy cow the intensity
I've been pairing the workouts with other 30 day challenges
and i've gone 1.5 sizes down so far

Are you using weights?
Whats your height? I'm 155cm

Well, "weights" xD I don't have any. So because they're using weights in the video, I'm using something else: Two books, almost 600 pages each, so they might be around a half to one kg each. They are two books from a trilogy, which means they're also identical in size and weight. biggrin

Fuuuun, well I guess there are more people like me out there xD Buddyyy~ emotion_brofist
I'm appr. 163 cm. I don't know for sure though~

They use 2.3kg in the videos. I use 1.3kg.
I did Insanity today instead of 30DS

Woo! Go girl! I completed the Insanity challenge, and got some pretty nice results from it! He'll definitely work you over!
