You can't have been very motivated to have lost only 12 lbs in 3 months.
3 months, that's 12 weeks.
12 weeks is 84 days.
84 days of exercise should have yielded more results.
It depends on the person and their body type. The amount of exercise that I was doing would make someone who is over weight definitely lose more pounds than twelve. You've also have to mathematically include the amount of weight I've gained from muscle, the amount of fat loss by inches, etc so on and so forth.
Over working the body is unhealthy and will yield no result. Under working the body will also yield no results. That means if I worked out consistently for 84 straight days, I would not have the healthy results I was looking for. Considering that I was only trying to lose fifteen pounds by December 25th, 2012 I believe I've done an exceptionally well job by doing it the right way. I'm no man, dear, I'm not trying to become a beefy cake. I weighed myself today, sure enough I weighed in at 125 pounds this morning. I made a video not too long ago and I'm allowing my phone to charge a bit before I post it up.
Please, educate yourself more on the human body and proper weight loss/how to become healthier properly. It's a very interesting read and next time you won't come off as rude to others when you try to either motivate them to do better or insult them! ^_^ (Wasn't too sure what you were trying to do with me there.)
