Fresh milk. And if you can drink cow's milk, go organic. Both cow milk and almond milk are good drink.
Hip size is like breast size, it's mostly genetic. Though, one way to get larger hips and breasts, is to get pregnant and have the baby… though that's a little drastic. There are exercises that'll give you firmer hips, you can increase your caloric intake and do hip exercises, but I don't know how well that'll work. If you're body is just naturally V-shaped, then well… you're at the mercy of genetics. I've seen a lot of girls who are obese and have smaller hips than me, just as I've seen girls with smaller waists than me, but got hips big enough to drop a baby football team.
