I have a question about runny noses

Okay. so I had a really bad day yesterday, and spent quite some time crying, but that was about 15 hours ago, and my nose is still runny as if I was still crying... I was wondering why ? if some could explain this, that would be helpful........ thank you for taking the time to stop by my thread!

It's probably nothing to worry about, but if it's bothering you, try taking an antihistamine or decongestant tablet which will clear out your nose and airways smile

You probably just irritated the lining of your nose a little when you were crying. Your tear ducts empty into your nasal cavity.
