How do you guys treat or deal with your keratosis pilaris?

I've had it for as long as I can remember and it runs in my family.
I've tried using body washes that have salicylic acid and that didn't help.
My sister bought a bunch of stuff from Sephora one day and if you spent x amount you got a free sample of something and she was nice and choose KP Duty for me and that didn't seem to help much either.
Since summer is near, I would like to be able to wear bathing suits, dresses, skirts, etc., without my KP making me self conscious.

Have you tried coconut oil yet?
It's pretty cheap and definitely worth a try. It doesn't work for everyone of course, but the same is true for lotions and washes afterall.

Is that what that's called? I never knew it was a condition. I have that on both my upper arms. I just ignore it most of the time. My friend has it too, and as far as I know, she ignores it too. People don't pay attention to things like that too much, so don't worry about it so much.
