Don't believe in those 'quick way to lose fat!' Stuff, they only supress your hunger and you're actually starving yourself. You'll lose weight but in a BAD way, I emphisized bad because the person will actually gain more rather than lose.
Just exercise and stay away from high salt/sugary foods.
Pleaaaase don't go for those fad diets. It's nothing but eating mega low calories and your body can't function without carbs no matter who tells you otherwise.
When it comes to belly fat you have to do a full body workout - which sucks, I know. But it enables you to lose weight all over, as well.
