2. Under "Flab to fab skin care," what exactly are you expecting to happen and how to fix it?
3. Why are you waiting a month before actually starting this?

Yes biggrin I do have a specific training program and diet i will embark on biggrin
i just havent written it out to post on here.

2. Under "Flab to fab skin care," what exactly are you expecting to happen and how to fix it?

I have a lot of extra skin , and several stretch marks that i will have to tackle during this workout weight loss , to diminish the look and to also make the skin shrink

3. Why are you waiting a month before actually starting this? Waiting a month because i am currently busy working and i get laid off in January i will have the stuff up and ready before i begin my work out for others to begin themselves if they'd like to biggrin
