Hey if they choose to , is fine and all. But what about those that rather spend their time with family instead? WHat about those that can not choose ? WHat those ppl that gotta work holidays and deal with rude a$$ customers?

Rude a** customers vs rude a** families was apparently the choices that were dealt out to a couple of former coworkers. Tough call really.

In this modern economy of modern super progress, all traditional things such as family must be mowed down like grass to make room for more modern progress to infinity and beyond.

In all seriousness though, I'm simply playing an extremely trollish devil's advocate, I personally despise the idea workers being forced to sacrifice family bonding time just to make ends meet, but with most of the wealth being so unevenly distributed, it's not like there's really any other choice (unless you count starving/bankruptcy).

Preach it.
That's another reason why I never did it again.
I realized that these stores were now opening on Thanksgiving, even before daybreak.
It used to be that maybe a few stores were open. & even then, only open for a few hours.
Now they're open from midnight Thanksgiving all the way through Black Friday. It's cooperate greed at the expense of the workers.
& the crazy people. The insane people who will kill you for a TV. I can't.
