Most of them are in their early 20s, like 22, 23 or 24. Chris is the youngest, at 20. Some are older, off the top of my head, Cory is 28, Harry Shum Jr is 28, Mark is 27.

Which makes it kind of weird, seeing as Matt Morrison is only 31.

But it kind of works I think. The subject matters and stuff kind of make it seem more like an adult show than a kids show, so it makes sense for them to look like adults rather than kids. I mean, imagine someone looking like Justin Bieber and playing Puck. Doesn't work.
