my last panic attack lasted 4 hours even with a lorazepam to calm me down
i couldn't breathe well and i was constantly nauseous and trying not to throw up

i had to fly home after staying with my long distance boyfriend for like 2 weeks sad i was so dang upset

i hyperventilate and cry a lot.

was a regular occurance until they switched my meds to xanax
but
get light headed
start getting dizzy
heart races
all of a sudden can feel heartbeat in fingertips and through whole body...and can hear it
everything around u starts blurring

and after that is when i either pass out or get it under control

for me it feels like i keep getting smaller and smaller adn the world keeps getting bigger and bigger and like its eventually going to consume evry ounce of me and feels like my hart is about to burst in the process

sounds stupid but thats the best way i can describe it

Sergei panic attack very destructive. One town surrounded by many chechen scum and begin to panic. Through very many grenade in attack, and then shoot rpg-7 at tree. Spend many day in hospital.

Idk I tried to meditate and eventually calmed down. Panic attack doesn't really describe it well to me, the harsh sense of unreality is distinct from panic to me.

About 2 years ago I'd have them daily. My muscles would give out on me and I would be on the floor shaking and crying. It really sucked. Proper medication and work on myself, now I rarely get them. A very long and difficult path it has been.
