I can't really get into Pokemon anymore. I only really liked it for competitive play; and ever since EVs and IVs came to light, it's no longer fun. It's just a monotonous chore to train your Pokemon perfectly; as if leveling them to 100 wasn't bad enough already. They've tried to make it easier I guess, but at the end of the day once you realize how long it takes to train 1 Pokemon then remember you have 5 more to go at least, you've had it.

tl;dr: Pokemon is a no go for me, but I am excited for Dragon Age Inquisition. Which comes out that same week.

I'm sure I'll get it, probably alpha sapphire since I have ruby on gba, and I'll more than likely choose torchic, as I always found it to be the cutest one of the group. I don't play competitively personally though.

I have quite a few friends who are excited about this game. I am looking to get it as well. Especially seeing as how I do enjoy playing the occasional Pokemon game when I can. I have Soul Silver and Y so I am looking forward to at least one of the games. Just don't know which game I want is the thing. I mean both look good but I can't afford both. So I am just going to have to get one. So who knows what game I am going to get is the thing.

Yeah, I'm excited. So excited that I decided to do a Magma Grunt cosplay for NYCC (may not be able to finish it in time due to moving and depression boughs).

Gonna pick Torchic again, dunno what the rest of my team will be made up of though. Really hoping that customization is a lot deeper and varied than in X/Y.
