You can buy Casino items in Price and Joy if there's any you like there. But they only sell in tickets, otherwise you can go to the MP and try your luck.

You'd be surprised, there's a couple of people I've met who actually really want some of those items. There's a couple I'd like myself, but yeah, they could never compete with other types of items like gcash and the like. Even so, there's some pretty nice items in there as far as I'm concerned.
