This Kitsune Mask can only be found in July 2004 Letters
The letter generally cost more than the mask
Once purchased it can be equiped in Four different ways

Yeah, quite obviously a knockoff of an anbu mask...but called a kitsune mask! Darn those clever Gaians. xd
