I..I.. will never be able to buy all those to craft it... Better start playing the market more until I can lol.. Or just buy ti straight out *siigh* It costs more to craft it.. but it's more satisfying to craft it..

They're rare drops from the Alchemist's Case or the Winged Crafting Chest.

I see they changed the amount of charms you need for the formula by a lot, I hope they refunded the people who bought it before the change. sweatdrop
