Well, for starters, finding a 'cheap' Level 10 Formula to make isn't really going to happen, but I'll list what I can..

Pale Marionette is alright if you can get some good deals on the Dolls and the Blank Box it required.
Rival Style has been inflated enough to warrant a to idea to craft, least till they re-re-release it.
Hero Manner also because its inflated will turn a profit if you manage to grab all the components at a good price.
Lobo the Gray Wolf will turn a profit, if you have the patience enough to gather the ridiculous amount of items required.
Faust's Bottle isn't so bad if you can manage to gather enough Faustine's Bottle's at good prices.
Fantasy Kitten Star at the moment can be a good option, as long as you can find the Kitten Star at a reasonable price.
