its better if you plan your way to level 10 while crafting what's needed for the Crown Thrice
Formula 3: Griffin's Fiery Feather
Formula 3: Amphithere's Hypnotic Eye
Formula 3: Banshee's Silver Comb
Formula 3: Ectoplasm

those crafts are ingredients for higher level crafts
and all of them requires only Cache items and formulas can be bought at The Bifrost

truthfully you could get into level 10 with less than 300m no kidding
lets say buy 3000 caches from the Bifrost [150m]
open all of them
craft Formulas that only needs cache ingredients
use this spreadsheet here

As I said plan you crafts backwards from level 10 to your current level
crafting 10 formulas at your same level will get you to next level
some higher level formulas requires lower level crafts
ei. Formula 6: Uranium biscuits - requires Red Mercury [Level 4 craft]
