I'm not from the Filipines, but my boyfriends family is and I find most of the food similar to spanish food, the country history explains why, anyways I like halo halo, adobo, kari kari, longaniza, pansit, morisqueta tostada, sinangag, and I forgot the name I always do, the one with the cooked yellow plantain wrapped in this crunchy caramel like thing, lol. yummy mrgreen
