Point me to some good mainstream German music???

Hey hey I'm trying to better my German, and I wanted to get some German music because when you think about it that's really effective. The ONLY two bands I can think of are Rammstein and Megaherz, so please tell me about any you know and what they're like. If they like to mix up German and English that's even better, but not required. Rap, rock, techno, as long as it's not incredibly slow it's all good. Not sure how mainstream they are, but Wir Sind Helden are very good. :3

And Juli, too. and... I think they're called Die Prinzen? That band is pretty good. We listen to them in German class and the lyrics are pretty easy to understand.

I think the band is Oomph! That's a good band, too.
