can anyone translate Rival Schools 2?

ok, so yesterday, i happily bought Rival Schools 2 Burning Justice Academy, for the dreamcast...japanese format.

why japanese format?

apparently, you can create your own character in the Japanese version, rather than the pal and us version where they give you like...8 more characters.

so the only catch is...the japanese!

so can anyone please help me translate this, because i honestly just want to make my character, and have fun.
