A tiny pink haired woman was sitting in the middle of a large expansive garden, in a place that was quiet enough that the tiny woman didn't have to speak very lou8dly.
"Hi there! I'm Ayume Tsukino, Captain of Squadron 4 in the Bleach based guild Shiro: The New Era!. I am currently looking for a lieutenant for my squad, and officers and soldiers of course. It's hard to prepare for war when I only have myself and two others with me. See, we are actually very important to the Seireitei. We are the healers. Without our squad ability and our medical knowledge our warriors would die of infections, wounds or even sickness... then again most men think they're going to die if they get a cold anyway but I guess that's beside the point."
Here she laughed softly, her blue eyes closing for a moment before lifting herself up to her feet and dusting her knees off.
"Oh? You want to know what a squad ability is? Well, its a special power that people get when they join a squad. Through training of course. Mine is soothing songs, its when the people in my squad begin to sing, it heals people. This is of course based off of rank, the severity of the wound and power level." She said as if it were the most simple thing in the world, then turning to pick up her sheathed Zanpakuto from the ground.
"Think you can handle being a healer? It's not so easy you know if you're on the battle ground... you see a lot of things and it's not for the faint of heart. But that's okay, we'll get through it together. I will personally train you. Oh, and another thing, we have a contest going on right now! You could win some great prizes. We have four Bunnihilations up for grabs - and some captaincy positions open in the guild! And...Espada positions too...if you're into that sort of thing.
