Okay, my thoughts are this:
If you have an angelic rod, you should make a demonic rod.
If you make both, you should make each distinguishable by some way or another.
If you made two rods of equal power they cannot be distinguished many ways, can they?

So to this conclusion...Neat! I like the angelic rod, but...Perhaps a slight consideration for a name change? Now don't get me wrong, I think that you can definitely have an angelic rod without a demonic one, but sometimes...it just kinda seems more natural to include both. What good can there be without evil? (Sad, but true)
