If I cared enough, I'd totally protest all of this GC mess.
I've already gone on rants about how it feels like Gaia is throwing those of us who don't want to spend money/can't afford to spend money on this site on the backburner, and it sucks.
Basically, if you don't already have items worth millions and you don't get GC, you have no chance at getting nice items on here anymore. I always have to reiterate that I KNOW that Gaia needs real money to keep the site afloat, but when you get bombarded with multiples site notices throughout the week and announcements about "look at what you can buy with real money!", it starts to get pretty annoying.

I know right? Its like when I go to Hope's dad's house or Chris' I get help everywhere. Like if I am eating or doing something I don't have to drop what I am doing to get help its there. But here if I am eating and she is into something its my fault for eating and not watching her. If I go to the bathroom and she does something I get yelled at it for its just gah. I love going over there because I sorta get a break and get to sit and relax a bit. I don't get that here.

As for the Gc thing I agree so much. I joined a guild about it trying to do stuff but some how everything we do gaia finds away to say its against the ToS. :/ Its getting majorly stupid and that Flynn's booty crap..don't get me started. I am so fed up with all the Gc spam. Like the user's who never bought cash getting pms and can't do nothing about the harassment? People are getting in trouble for reporting it as spam/harassment. And getting out of hand they don't care about us they only care about money and its sad.

As for the conversation about kids, my family essentially gave up saying anything after my sister got pregnant and the baby's father left her. I mean.. I'm in college 2 hours away to begin with and I'm single still, and I'm not going to just randomly hook up with guys, sooo..
But like, she has it hard because she doesn't have any help from her son's dad, and my parents aren't much help either, so when she's in school either her current boyfriend or my aunt watches him.

But like, I don't wanna have kids for a while, because I'd rather get established in a career and a stable home before anything else. Like, I kinda wanna do the temporary fostering of kids before they're placed with a family because it'll help with my career of choice and it'll also be nice for those kids that get placed in foster homes to feel loved before they get permanently placed with a family.

Of course, most of this is the future social worker in me coming out. sweatdrop

Also, I really hate the fact that I keep getting behind in things for school because last week was attack of the papers and this week is attack of the exams.

That's precisely how I feel about it too.

I made the suggestion about less RIGs and other Cash Shop items to change the marketing issues. Because people are constantly using actual money on items, they're jacking the prices on things. I honestly would too cause I can't afford GCash. It really isn't fair. Having to open an artshop to afford things has slowly killed my creativity AGAIN.

Even with starting a new job tomorrow, I have other things to use my money on: bills, student loans, food, and clothing.

I would not be surprised if after that site kicks off they close Gaia. As it is people are quitting everyday due to the amount of Gc ads and stuff being pushed out. And with Fylnn's booty out no one can buy anything or do anything its all inflated.

Nice. But you can see why people are not ok with it. It gives you soo much gold in one hit. I know people who made more off them. :/ Its just gah they decrease the amount of gold we can earn just so we can them pump out gold for cash.
