When you've gone through almost all of the cycles of an online community:
1. Peripheral (lurker)
2. Inbound (newcomer to a forum)
3. Insider (regular)
4. Boundary (moderator, or reports offensive content often, links a lot in their posts)
5. Outbound (leaving the site)

I didn't stay in the Peripheral or Inbound stages very long. I've been the Insider for the longest, then I bounced to the Boundary stage as a mod, then back to somewhere between Insider and Boundary...because I frequently visit the GCD, yet I still report a lot.

I'm not an oldbie, though. I might end up classified as one this year.
