Just curious, whats the chance of getting deadly spice from Culinary Coliseum? or would getting the bundle give me a better chance?

You mean Devil Spice, only obtainable from a victory (Culinary Champion). If you play from a bundle, there's chances that you might get just one victory from that bundle. The odds of getting a victory from playing a single is very low though.
