it's believed it will be the central location for minigames eventually, but none of the admins have mentioned anything about starting it soon.

They'll probably use it. I agree with the minigame theory, they'll probably use it for minigames, but minigames won't probably come out in a long time.

Yeah, the casino was suposed to be one of the features that came when the island was introduced, along with weapons. They kind of got put on the backburner, though.
