honest to GOD i didn't photoshop it (i don't even have photoshop and paint is not that good) could this be apart of it? or just a glitch?

edit - or did i miss some new clothing thing wher you can look like the NPCs

Returner hair, colonial cape, purple pinstripe vest, red tie, angelic bracelet, white class shirt, looks like a gold pocket watch, I forget the name of the pants, and black boots. :3 He's been like that for ages, I've seen him around a lot.
