No it's a pug. It's just hard to tell because the image is tiny. The cat ears are drawn differently from the heart cats.

*squints* It looks like a cat to me no matter how much I look at it. I guess I'm a lost cause. xD Still a cute item though.

Still... I kinda wish that the letter resorts to the Halloween color scheme.
