But it's natural sugar so it's not bad for you. And fruits contains so much vitamins and other things your body needs.

I'm not concerned at all if the food I'm eating is healthy or not. I just eat what I want without a care.
You could always check the nutrition facts of certain foods on the internet.

For me, the battle of making "smart food choices" is a waste of time. It's a terrible way to go through life. I have friends who worry about what they eat all the time. It runs their life!

Be careful of that sentiment, vegetables are something you absolutely need in life unless you're say...an Inuit...and you have very unique ways of obtaining those nutrients and fiber in your diet.

Even so, natural doesn't necessarily mean healthy.
Yes, fructose is a sugar that is sweeter than table sugar and makes fruits appealing to eat, which is what the plant wants, but too much of anything is bad.

Diets high in fruit and low in everything else can be problematic if the individual eater is not knowledgeable or careful about what they eat.

You only gain muscle through regular exercise, not through what you eat, though your diet can HELP.

You can't eat a steak because its protein and instantly gain muscles, that's not how the human body works.

some of the foods don't have the nutrions and the ingerdients which can be a probelm! because u may be eating food and don't know if it has lots of fat in it!!! sweatdrop

Or you could realize originally, your stomach was the size of your fist. It has now expanded due to "Clean plate club" type families, or the portion size given at restaurants.

Everything in moderation. You could even eat a super fattening eclair. Control thyself, and every food can be used somehow.

Even fatty foods. You do need fat, carbs, and protein.
Drink your water, and sleep right. Excercise!
