Ivalician Airship Weaponry

I know this is an odd question, but does anyone have a good idea of what kind of weaponry that Final Fantasy XII airships might be equipped with.

It's just that I'm writing a short fanfic of sorts (it's involved in a roleplay on another site, long story short), and my character and her friends are about to use the weapons on a crashed airship to wipe out the Veluga Pirates, since they can't exactly beat them all up themselves.

Judging by the prologue and the failed assault on the palace, it looks like they use regular artillery, basically anything you could find in real life. It doesn't look like there's any kind of modified batteries, but I'm not back up to the events on the Shiva again. I'm pretty sure the nethicite is only used for skystones, though.
